A Major Milestone: Tiny Home structural analysis completed.

Over the past week, our R&D project for our portable tiny home on wheels has been nothing short of incredible. We have made substantial strides in finalising the design of our trailer, aiming to create a visually appealing, structurally sound, and highly functional home that can withstand any scenario. We are delighted to announce a significant milestone today: the completion of the Rhino CAD model configuration. This crucial step ensures that our tiny home meets our rigorous standards for quality and durability.

At the beginning of our project, we knew that we needed to work with experts to ensure that our tiny home met all safety requirements and was strong enough to travel on rough terrain. We partnered with Stuart from Motivated Engineering, who helped us convert our Rhino CAD files for structural analysis. After investing over 10K into independent structural analysis, the Rhino CAD model confirms that our tiny home will pass all the necessary safety checks, and we're confident that we have gained invaluable knowledge that will benefit our tiny home for years to come.

We've been focusing on examining the fabricated parts for structural integrity. Although creating a CAD model for our tiny home trailer was meticulous and time-consuming, we're delighted with the results. Our experts spent countless hours conducting extreme acceleration analysis, which was done to ensure that the trailer could withstand any situation, from rough country roads to unexpected impacts on the highway. As you can see from the accompanying image, the analysis results are comprehensive and confirm that our trailer's structural integrity is sound.

We ended up adding 3mm alloy corners to the tiny home. The rails are 5mm 5083; the removable drawbar is steel.

The analysis of our tiny home trailer's CAD model has helped us identify and eliminate weak points, enhancing its structural integrity. We've gone through numerous design iterations to ensure that our tiny home meets the needs of our customers.

Our mission is to offer mobile tiny homes that are stylish and incredibly durable. Our tiny home trailer's CAD model configuration is a significant step towards fulfilling that mission. We are grateful for the support from our partners and customers.

Building a mobile tiny home trailer is a challenging task. It requires dedication, creativity, and precision. However, with the skills and expertise of our team, we can accomplish anything we set our minds to. Our Rhino CAD model configuration shows that we're one step closer to completing our tiny home trailer and that it can withstand any situation. We're proud of our progress, and we look forward to delivering a tiny home that will bring joy, freedom, and flexibility to the lives of many. Stay tuned for more updates!
