The T Deck clicks together quickly, stands 528mm high and comes with end jointers, so you can make it as long as you want.

This deck is crafted from marine plywood so will need treatment with stain if you need it to be durable.

Note our other decks are crafted from structural H3.2 treated pine plywood, ensuring durability and reliability. Its innovative click-together design allows for easy disassembly and reassembly, providing sustainable flexibility.

  • The prototype takes around 2 hours to put together.

  • The deck step can be placed on cement or atop spaced-out pavers.

  • It comes predrilled, should you wish to screw it together for longer-term installations. (screws not included).

  • It is easy to assemble and more cost-effective than traditional decking options, making it perfect for DIY enthusiasts.

  • The pine can be stained to match your aesthetic preferences.

  • It is manufactured to order, you will need to allow time for us to make it.

  • It comes with plywood joiner parts so you can join as many as you want together.

Assembly

  • No tools are required as the T deck slots and hooks lock it together.

  • It is recommended to sit it on pavers or any suitable supporting block at 1.2 - 0.8m intervals.

  • Joining more than one deck together will require screwing the included interlocking joiners.

  • Longer term installations, as wood moves, it is recommended to add decking screws to the predrilled holes.

  • If screwing together, it is recommended to re-drill the existing holes so the matted end doesn’t split.

Recommended tools

  • If screwing a suitable battery drill and driver.

  • Leval and packers are based on your substrate for levelling. It's easier to install packers before installing the top.

  • 3mm drill bit

  • Jar of decking screws with a screw tip.

  • We use a mullet, but not required.
